Harassment, A pattern of:

• Uninvited visits or phone calls
• Following or stalking
• Constantly checking up on the partner
• Not leaving when asked

Destruction of Property:

• Destroying furniture
• Throwing things
• Damaging personal possessions
• Hurting pets
• Punching walls

Threats and Intimidation:

• Threatening to hurt the partner, the children, family members and/or pets
• Verbal or non-verbal, direct or indirect threatening
• Threatening gestures
• Using physical superiority to restrict movement(such as blocking a doorway
• Driving recklessly
• Threatening to use weapons
• Interfering with partner’s attempt to call for help – hanging up the phone, taking phone away and/or disconnecting phone source.
